My Offerings
Intro Day
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a theory of mind and a model of therapy based on the principle that we are made of a ‘family’ or ecosystem of internal parts which each have their unique roles, beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Requirements:
Open to therapists and counsellors who are currently working and have at least 2 years post training experience.

Deepening into IFS
This one-day workshop is for those who have completed an IFS Intro Day and are curious to learn more about the model.
Requirements:
Open to therapists and counsellors who are currently working and have at least 2 years post training experience and who have previously attended an Introduction to IFS including those run by me (find out more here) or IFS UK, IFS Institute, Life Architect, etc. I will ask for evidence of introductory days attended.

In the Room
In The Room is a series of workshops which explores common perplexing issues we encounter in our work, such as working with neglect and resistance.
Requirements:
A solid knowledge of IFS. e.g. through an Intro Day, Level 1 training or extended reading about the model. Find out more about Intro Days here
A capacity to be with your own parts if they become dysregulated
